Item Description
Original illustrated cardboard box (featuring both Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck images) contains 5.5" long by 6" tall tin litho and plastic toy w/built-in key on underside. Marx, 1950s. Box has scattered corner tip/edge wear and is evenly aged. Small Christmas label on bottom flap. One bottom inner flap has large tear almost separating it from box. VG overall, but box remains nice for display. Toy is version featuring tin litho car w/hard plastic Mickey Mouse figure (Line Mar version is all tin litho), w/Mickey's head mounted on a spring. Body of the car features images of Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, Pluto and Thumper. Toy works and travels around in an erratic fashion. Tiny scattered paint nicks mostly to wheel rims. Mickey figure is a bit aged but car remains glossy. VF/Exc.
