Item Description
5.25x7" "Good Luck Bear" unpunched pilot card w/blister containing PVC figure of "Professor Cold Heart". This item is an Engineering Pilot card which is a factory fitting process used in designing packaging for new figures in a line. They created an inner and outer blister for this figure and then test mounted it on an existing card for fitting purposes only. Blister has yellow tinting but firmly attached. Otherwise card is NM w/NM figure as produced. An unusual factory test piece for the "Care Bear" completist.
