1993 Hasbro. Leatherneck (v3) 1 to 1 resin hardcopy fully hand painted figure assembled w/pins. Unproduced paint scheme on pants differs from final painted figure. Very few pieces are fully finished and painted by Hasbro and these are usually used for photography. Original Hasbro bag and tag. Exc. as produced. A great prototype figure produced in the creative process before release to market.
