Item Description
1.75x3.5x9.75" original box w/large display window containing 8" tall poseable figure in polyester outfit. ©DC Comics 1979. Box has unique art to the Popy version with no mention of the Mego Corporation and has nice art of Superman on box front plus fully drawn Superman and Batman on back, all by Neal Adams. Box is tight and glossy with brilliant color. Window is intact with 2" "L" shaped crack. Clean box back and corners with .5" split at top front. Still displays VF. Old store stock Type 2 figure is complete with chest sticker, boots and cape. NM. A scarce variation made for the Japanese market.
