Item Description
Pair of figural ceramic salt and pepper shakers. First pair are matching 3.25" tall glazed white ceramic Dumbo shakers w/over-the-glaze paint. Leeds China Co., late 1940s. Each has three hole openings and both are complete w/cork stoppers. Scattered paint wear to over-the-glaze accents. Blue shaker has .25" glue repair to foot and is VG while red shaker is Fine/VF. Second pair includes 3" tall Dandy and 4" tall Preacher Crow from "Dumbo." Both are complete w/cork stoppers on underside and one have "Enesco Imports Japan" foil stickers on undersides. c. 1950s. Each is nicely painted and glazed w/over-the-glaze paint on hats. Scattered aging/wear. Fine/VF overall. Jan Wahl Collection.
