Item Description
Pair of 8.25" tall jointed wood figures w/wooden base w/wooden pole that holds up figures overall height of 9". Figures were created by Keith Kaonis, known for his one-of-a-kind wooden Disney and other folk art creations. These are among his earlier figures that were all wood construction w/exception of rubber over wire tails and Minnie Mouse's bristle eyelashes. 1978. Kaonis has added "#1 With Respect To Walter E. Disney By D.K.K. 1978" ink black felt tip pen on undersides of both Mickey and Minnie's foot. Lightly aged but Exc. Superbly crafted, painted and detailed. Unique, matched number pair.
