Item Description
5.5x7.25x7.5" tall painted wood radio w/high relief images of Snow White and all Seven Dwarfs against bkg. of cottage and large shuttered window. Tuning and volume knobs are simulated acorns. Emerson, 1939. Simulated jewel on Snow White's dress lights when radio is turned on. Back of case has 1.5" dia. metal "Emerson" plate and is marked "Model Q236." Speaker cloth remains intact. Has all original interior wiring, tubes, etc. Radio has new cord, plug and antenna wire and works, pulling in local AM stations. Radio shows all-over aging and some scattered wear w/a few surface scratches. Paint wear to tips of acorn knobs. Painted images on front show only small traces of wear. Overall appearance remains bright and clean. Fine. A very nice example of this rare classic radio.
