1-1/8" striking litho shows smiling image of Bugs with bottom edge text "A Warner Bros. Cartoon." Reverse has pair of .25" oxidation marks over the gold painted surface but front displays glossy and Mint. Curl has maker's name Economy Novelty with a zone number so pre-1961.
