Item Description
6.5x13.5x2.25" deep display box w/die-cut display lid contains complete amount of six hard plastic friction cars, 3.25" to 5" long. Marx, ©1968 WDP. Box lid shows portraits of Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, Pluto and Pinocchio as well as portrait of Donald's nephews in locomotive (included as part of set). Lid has been punched and box shows moderate aging/dust soiling and wear. VG/Fine. Each of the characters featured on lid drive their own antique car (models are noted in raised lettering on cars themselves) w/working friction motors. Pinocchio car has small Donald passenger in back seat. Box has original cardboard insert and packing paper, resulting in cars showing little to no wear. All six are working and Exc. Scarce.
