11.25x14.75x1.75" deep cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains Hasbro set #2809. ©1966 National Periodical Publications, Inc. Box describes set as "The New Touch Of Velvet Art By Numbers" and comes w/two 7.25x11.25" pictures as issued. Box is also marked "Just.. Peel, Sprinkle, Tap." Lid features illustration of Batman and Robin. Comes w/six plastic tubes of flocking material, feather, stylus tool, original instruction sheet and color guide. All remains Mint as issued as box bottom remains factory-sealed. Lid shows trace wear and is Exc. overall. Rare, especially as still factory-sealed.
