Item Description
Pair of 11x14" lobby cards for the original release of the "The Bullfighters," the penultimate feature film starring Laurel and Hardy, and the final film the duo released in the US. Title card features caricatures of the comedic duo, w/Laurel dressed as matador and additional cartoon image of two women riding winking bull. Bottom corners have inset film scenes. Title card shows obvious wear w/scattered pin holes and moderate margin/handling wear. Back has National Screen Service Corp. stamp and remnants of brown paper tape at top/bottom center. VG. Second card features great scene of both Laurel and Hardy in hay cart, both holding onto their hats. Staple hole at top left corner w/single pin hole at top center. Some scattered margin aging/wear. Back has dealer stamp, which does not show through onto front. Fine overall. Richard Calusdian Collection.
