Item Description
38.5" x 59" canvas banner w/wooden bar at top. Features a sketch of FDR by "Perskie." Produced by Sweeney Litho of Belleville, New Jersey. Loses along bottom edge and obvious moisture and age toning notably along right edge extending just into portrait frame. Otherwise a few tiny holes and a small tears in bottom margin. VG. Despite this wear the banner remains a striking display artifact for the four term President.
