Item Description
1.25" with earliest Bastian paper. "Creation" was an illusion concession in the amusement area of the fair known as The Pike. For 50¢ spectators rode a boat into a dark cave taking them back to the beginning of time. Illusions included floating heads, moving platforms and murals depicting well known scenes and people. As the ride ended,  still in the dark, a voice boomed "Let There Be Light" and the story of creation based on Genesis began. We've seen about four buttons in our 51 years. NM displaying Mint.
