2.5x3" floral motif thermoplastic case housing a ninth plate ambrotype of a man wearing a campaign hat w/a CDV photograph of Stephen Douglas in the band. Pin point dots of emulsion loss most notably a 1/16" spot affecting the figures left collar. Fine. A unique image of a supporter of the 'Little Giant' from this always desirable Presidential campaign.
