Item Description
Each is a 13/16" litho. There are 20 known in the USA version of this 1948 set which was distributed one per cereal box. This Canadian version adds the color yellow to the design and the stars are shown as line drawings rather than photographically. Only 12, all Paramount stars, are known in the Canadian set. The two missing from this group are Joan Caulfield and Randolph Scott. Sonny Tufts has a few small spots of missing paint and Ladd has spot off lower left. Both Fine and other eight are Exc. to NM. These are at least five times scarcer than the USA version.
