7" long. Silk. In addition to the national candidates, Pennsylvania gubernatorial candidate "Gen'l. Joseph Markel" is listed at top. Bottom features slogan "The Tariff Of 1842" and a campaign chat. 1.5" diagonal fabric pull affecting the portrait. Otherwise light age toning and minor folds and wear consistent w/moderate use. VG. A scarce coattail ribbon from the 1844 campaign.
