10" long. Hanger w/eagle perched on crossed American flags suspending ribbon w/Pennsylvania state seal at bottom from the "July 22nd 1896" convention in "St. Louis." Horizontal fold at center and light wear. NM. A striking example of this scarce ribbon issued for the convention that nominated William J. Bryan and Thomas Watson.
