Item Description
About 7" long. Silk. Sullivan/Fischer RBH-14. Two light horizontal folds one affecting the eagle at center the other through "Wheeler". Otherwise only minor handling wear and age toning. VF. A striking example of this full color and rarely offered Hayes artifact.
