7.5" long. Silk. Unlisted in Sullivan/Fischer. Additional slogan at top reads "Liberty And Equality! Fourth Of July, 1840" w/an image of an eagle w/banner in beak reading "E Pluribus Unum." Ink inscription in field below text, a 1.5" horizontal separation in top field and faint light brown staining most notably at top and bottom w/only a few small dots affecting the text. Technically VG but displaying Fine. Rare.
