Item Description
6.75" long. Cotton. This highly unusual ribbon features a Democratic rooster at top w/portrait of McKinley at bottom and additional text "Hard Times Behind Us Prosperity Before Us 1896". A tiny hole just above the "M" in "Times", handling wear, light brown age toning and scattered horizontal and vertical folds. VG. Rare.
