First is "Welcome/New York City/August, 1888" 7.25" long portrait ribbon w/facsimile signature below image. Multiple horizontal hairline separations along right edge the longest being 1" and two less than .25" dia spots from scrap book mounting at top r/l. Good. Second reads "First District Independent Campaign Club./Blaine & Logan/Parke Battery" from area on the the Southern shore of Manhattan. 6.25" long. Minor handling. Extremely Fine. Scarce.
