Item Description
13x19" bag w/illustrated header card contains eight 12x16.5" posters in brilliant full color depicting the following heroes - Captain America, Human Torch, The Hulk, Thor, Spider-Man, Dr. Strange, Iron Man and Sub-Mariner. Produced by Personality Press (©1966 Marvel Comics Group) due to the popularity of Marvel characters at that time and issued as a mail-order item. Set is comprised of two folded sheets of four-sectioned posters, all of which are still attached. This set was produced w/two different header cards, one in red and white; this the yellow, red and white version. Header has lt. corner tip wear and faint crease across top. Fine/VF. Contents remain NM/Mint as packaged. Produced by the Super Heroes Club, a club you were made member of w/purchase of these posters. Scarce. Comes w/pair of illustrated order forms for these posters; 7.5x9" color order form was sent w/Merry Marvel Marching Society kits. This is single-sided paper and not comic book ad, though it features same art. 8.5x11" double-sided order form (w/"Man From U.N.C.L.E." ad on other side) was issued as an insert w/the Golden Record "Marvel Age" LPs. Folded as issued and Exc.
