Item Description
This 1938 model has the word "New" added to both box and insert. Underside of box has text regarding watch as opposed to being blank. This was the final year this style box (w/o price on insert) was used. Box has scattered wear including color rubs and corner tip wear w/.5" tear at left side of lid by die-cut area. Box remains tight. Insert shows lt. wear and has some inking on Mickey's hands at die-cut slots. Box and insert are Fine overall. Comes w/aged guarantee paper which shows lt. handling wear and is VF. Watch has 1x1.25" rectangular chromed metal case w/fluted designs on right/left sides. Replaced band. Dial features revised full body image of Mickey Mouse w/animated hands, a standard second hand dial between his feet. Crystal shows slight wear. Case retains near full bright luster, dial is clean. Running and VF.
