Item Description
Each 1.25" distributed via "head shops" following the mid-1960s explosion in popularity of The Lord Of The Rings in the USA. Each button has text written in Tengwar-Gandalf script created by J.R.R. Tolkien. There are nine different (either by color or text) and one duplicate (in bottom row). The two buttons in the top row translate to Gandalf For President. We cannot translate the others. Tiny age dots on upper edge of first button but still Fine and the other nine are NM to Mint. Scarce.
