Item Description
12" tall and the smaller of two dolls produced by Knickerbocker (also produced in 16" tall size), 1930s. Stuffed body w/painted composition high heel shoes, outfit includes replaced pressed felt hat, original neckerchief and suede/wool chaps and cuffs which are accented w/metal studs (which have some scattered aging). Oilcloth eyes have been replaced w/felt, not overly distracting. Doll is missing whiskers and rubber tail as is typical. Comes w/original 2.5" long nickel-plated cast metal guns which have some lt. scattered oxidation (one has 50% coverage). Scattered lt. aging/fading, but in much nicer condition than usually found. VF example of this classic Minnie Mouse doll. Produced over a shorter time span and in much smaller quantities than the companion Mickey Mouse Cowboy doll, item #1696.
