Item Description
19-7/8x27-1/8" poster features image of older man in "YMCA" uniform as younger man lifts "YMCA" crate w/Doughboy soldier in bkg. Art by Gil Spear. Bottom has "Lend Your Strength To The Red Triangle - Help The 'Y' Help The Fighters Fight" text w/"United War Work Campaign - November 11 To 18" notation at the bottom. 1918. Poster has been linen-mounted w/some restoration at top corners. Top right has color touch-up to 8" tear across lifting man's head. 2.5" tear w/color touch-ups. Pin holes at bottom corners. Poster has even lt. aging and displays VF as linen-mounted.
