24.25x25.25" frame. 19.25x20.25 bandana w/"A. S. Rosenthal & Co. N. Y." at bottom right and "Patented June 28, 1888" at bottom left. Listed in Collins Threads Of History as plate 638 on p.273. Slogans in banners include; "Protection Vs. Free Trade"; "Aid For Schools" and Pensions For Soldiers." At center is a 38 star American flag w/"For President Benjamin Harrison For Vice President Levi P. Morton." Three very faint light brown spots of toning and light handling wear. Exc. Vivid color and beautifully framed makes this a striking display piece.
