Item Description
7.5x11.5" framed. Badge is 5.75" long including a 3.5" ribbon suspending a 2.25" medallion in the shape of a seven pointed star. This badge was worn by members of the "Original Hartford Wide Awakes" during the 1908 campaign. Additional text of medallion reads "Org'd March 7, 1860." Text on ribbon has minor loss of gold lettering. VF. This scarce badge has been elegantly and professionally framed using UV blocking plexiglass.
