30x50" silk union hall banner w/fringe edge and dangling tassels. Additional text "Local No. 219/ J. B. I. U. Of A./ Organized May 5, 1900". Several horizontal separation in silk most notably 16" above central graphic and 11" below fourth line of text. Moderate wear to tassels and overall paint wear. VG. An amazing survivor that displays well.
