Item Description
Vol. 1 #1 published April 1937 by Trojan Publishing Corp. First of just eight issues (see following items #1104-1107) published for this short-lived pulp magazine. "The Phantom Rider" Lone Ranger cover story is illustrated on front cover w/Lone Ranger standing in front of Silver w/gun drawn, Tonto holding rifle. Spine shows wear at top/bottom w/typical wear along edges of cover w/small creases/tears, including .75" tear on bottom of back cover. Cover is VG overall. Pages have aged to cream color but remain supple and are Fine/VF overall. All issues of this pulp magazine are scarce.
