See previous item #1103. Vol. 1 #5 published Aug. 1937 by Trojan Publishing Corp. Fifth of just eight issues published. "The Cave Of Terror" Lone Ranger cover story is illustrated on front cover w/Lone Ranger cradling injured man as Tonto and Silver keep lookout in bkg. Spine shows wear w/some heavy pinch creases having color touch-ups on front cover. Spine wear at top/bottom w/typical cover edge/corner tip wear w/some creases. Cover is VG/Fine overall. Pages have aged to cream color but remain supple and are Fine/VF overall. All issues of this pulp magazine are scarce.
