12" tall doll by Cameo of the famous Fleischer cartoon character w/composition head and body, jointed wood arms/legs. c. 1930s. Doll was produced in three different colors, this is green version. 1/8" flake at top center of "Betty Boop" heart-shaped decal on dress, but all text remains. Doll has lt. crazing to body/dress, w/typical wear/dust soiling to arms, legs and hands. Doll has been restrung and has had professional restoration/touch-ups to neck chips, hair points and pointed tips of dress hemline as well as back area above dress. Eyebrows have touch-ups as well. VG/Fine overall. Classic Boop doll.
