This large and unusual badge consists of a thin plastic sheet 2.25x3.75" w/a clear plastic heat applied rectangle holding a pin on the back. Front carries serial number "283". The book example is #40 on page 124 with serial "173". This example has serial "283" and is the only other example in the collection. Limited issue. NM displaying Mint.
