Item Description
18" tall straw-stuffed cloth doll w/string tail and saddle blanket having "Rud = Olff Trademark" text on one side. Made in Germany, c. 1920. Head has glass eyes and is jointed, allowing head to swivel from side to side. Relatively recent white re-stitching on underside of head that is attached to top the neck but this does not show for display. All over moderate aging w/.5" split to one foot and another .5" split on opposite leg where it joins body. Some scattered dark staining to neck. VG overall. Does not stand on its own but comes w/custom metal stand for display purposes. Rare and only the second example we've offered in our 51 years.
