Item Description
Though ring does not feature text, it is attributed to Captain Marvel, c. 1946. We've also seen this ring once on a store card w/"Radio Patrol Ring" name. Ring features bright brass finish w/adjustable bands. Each ring side displays lightning bolt against black enamel paint bkg. Ring top has very high relief design w/slanted sides and working compass under glass at top center. Various segments of the rim feature rocket control panel buttons as well as lightning bolt designs. Trace of luster/paint wear but much of both remains. Exc. One of the best designed rings of all time.
