Item Description
3.75x9.25x1.75" deep Dick Tracy character illustrated box contains 8.5" long nicely designed painted pressed steel gun. Marx, ©1934 FAS. Box has one end flap w/1" tear w/tape repair on interior, opposite end flap has 2" tear. Small .25" puncture to top side panel. Box is VG/Fine overall but front/back panels are clean and display nicely. Gun has high gloss finish, tin litho siren attachment w/"Dick Tracy Siren Pistol" name w/1x1.25" complete Dick Tracy portrait decal beside it that includes facsimile Chester Gould signature. Gun works and produces an authentic siren sound. A few tiny scattered paint nicks but an Exc. example, as nice as they come. Rare in this condition and w/box.
