Item Description
Nice quality 13.25" tall doll w/composition body and movable composition head, arms and legs w/fabric/felt outfit and separate felt hat. Pants have plastic buttons w/scarce string tag attached. Felt shoes w/metal snaps. Knickerbocker, ©1939. Back of head has raised "Pinocchio" and Knickerbocker names w/Disney copyright. Doll's hat has original hat band and feather. Hat shows slight wear and is VF/Exc. overall. Felt outfit, satin bow and hat all retain strong color. Head has several minor stabilized cracks, including one on cheek and one behind Pinocchio's right ear. One leg has cracks on both sides of knee, one w/glue added. Both cracks have since stabilized. Still a Fine/VF example of this doll, which is typically found w/much more severe crazing/cracking to the composition material.
