Item Description
4.5x4.5" handled china tray has three recessed circles for holding the matched 3.5" tall figural Mickey and Minnie Mouse salt and pepper shakers and 2" tall condiment dish w/lid designed as a wheel of cheese. Lid depicted w/slice of cheese removed and small Mickey head as the handle, complete w/generic spoon. Underside of tray is marked "Made In Japan." 1930s. Exc./NM. Superb quality and great design. Scarce set is typically seen w/Mickey and Minnie in blue outfits whereas this is the first example we've seen w/them in red outfits.
