Item Description
28.25x42" for original release of Vitagraph Studio's 1918 silent film comedy starring Earl Montgomery, Joe Rock and Jack Duffy. Great stone lithography by Standard Litho. Co. of New York features comical scene showing Montgomery and Rock at a kissing booth staffed by nurses. As two young and beautiful nurses look on, a big-nosed nurse clings to unwilling participant w/"And I Have Been The One Selected To Kiss You!" caption. Originally folded, poster has been linen-mounted w/some color touch-ups along fold lines and scattered margin restoration. Tiny pin hole just left of center, but poster o/w displays VF w/strong color. Rare.
