19" tall high quality doll w/stuffed cloth body, formed and starched linen face w/painted details. Outfit is combination of felt and velveteen. Knickerbocker, c. 1938. Doll is complete as issued w/string tag around his neck w/Knickerbocker name on one side, "Walt Disney's 'Ferdinand The Bull'" on the other. Tag has tape repair to loop at top. Doll has long ponytail attached to back of head, ornately detailed outfit which includes cape attached and draped over one shoulder, separate removable hat and shoes. Doll is evenly aged w/fade to cape, hat and pants. Face remains bright and clean w/just a .25" indent to tip of nose. Overall doll still retains a very nice appearance for display. Fine overall and comes w/custom display stand. A very rare Disney doll, this is just the second example we've offered in our 51 years.
