Item Description
28x40.75" for original release of the 1916 Unicorn Film Service Corporation drama. Very little is known about this early film. Great stone lithography by The Otis Litho. Co. of Cleveland, OH features scene titled "The Mystery Of The Trunk Is Solved" showing policeman cradling unconscious and gagged woman and other policemen apprehend three men. Originally folded, poster has been linen-mounted w/moderate color touch-ups along fold lines w/1.25x1.5" area of restoration to paper loss at center fold crease intersection. Some scattered restoration to margins, including some edge filling and repair to pin holes at corners. Fine overall.
