Item Description
Pair of painted and glazed ceramic figurines, both w/1940 copyright on undersides. 6" tall ostrich is one of three different ostrich figurines Vernon Kilns produced. Underside has company mark including number "29". Exc. 5.5" tall hippopotamus is one of three different hippos produced. Underside has company mark including number "33". 1/8x3/8" flake to back underside of tutu, which blends somewhat and is not visible when viewed from front. Fine overall, but still nice for display.
