Item Description
Lot of three solid plaster figurines. No company markings, but by English company Leonardi, who made a series of high quality, solid plaster Disney figurines. c. 1940. Pinocchio stands 7.5" tall and is depicted standing w/school books at his side and apple in hand. Incised "W/.4" on edge of base at back. Trace aging/wear and Exc. overall. Jiminy Cricket stands 7-1/8" tall and is shown w/umbrella. Incised "W/3" on back of base. Exc. Cleo the goldfish stands 8" tall atop added wooden base. Incised "W/.6" on plaster portion of base. Exc. All feature nice detailed paint jobs, making for wonderful appearances. These are the first examples of the Jiminy Cricket and Cleo figurines we have offered in our 51 years.
