13.5x41" poster printed by The Otis Lithograph Co. of Cleveland, OH, c. 1928. Poster features stunning image of Thurston gesturing towards young turban-clad boy who appears to float in midair on magic rope and Indian men react around him. Promotional text reads "World's Most Famous Illusion - First Time-Out-Of India." Originally folded, poster has three horizontal fold lines and these have had some minor restoration/color touch-ups. Margins have been completely repainted/restored and lower right corner of image area has repair. As restored, poster now displays Exc. w/vivid color. Rare.
