Item Description
Sizes 7/8" to 2-1/8" which features design using colored metallic foils and with its Los Angeles branch Whitehead & Hoag paper which includes text "This Is A Crystoglas Button/Patent Applied For". Gold foils were once a bit brighter but clean and glossy. Group spans 1904 into the 1920s with specific dates of 1904, 1907, 1910 and 1913. Die-cut thin cardboard fish attachment to the Redondo Beach button is missing end of body and tail. Bottom row Los Angeles promo buttons each hold a 3-D composition charm representing an orange. The first has light stain on orange rim and second of these has shallow indent and 5/8" surface split. Also tiny edge age on the L.A. Billposting button. Items with mentioned small issues are Fine and others are Exc. to Mint. All c. 1920s or earlier.
