3.25x8" long. An imposing design w/eagle, wings spread, perched atop a shield w/draped American flags at r/l. At center of shield is applied silvered frame w/oval portraits of candidates. Moderate handling wear and just a small amount of fading in the margin at top right. VF. Striking detail, an impressive display piece.
