27x42" for the original release of the 1933 Mascot 12 chapter movie serial directed by Armand Scheaffer and Colbert Clark and starring Raymond Hatton, Francis X. Bushman, Jr. and Jack Mulhall in a loose adaptation of Alexandre Dumas novel "The Three Musketeers," w/the musketeers becoming three soldiers in the French Foreign Legion, and d'Artagnan being reconfigured as Lt. Tom Wayne (played by John Wayne), a US military pilot. Poster is for Chapter 11, "The Measure Of A Man" and features large inset film scene of Wayne pulling gun on man. The Three Musketeers are pictured at bottom left. Originally folded, poster has been linen-mounted and has had some color touch-ups along fold lines and minor restoration at fold crease intersections. Margins show some lt. wear to extreme margins and pin holes at corners have been touched-up. Displays VF as linen-mounted.
