9.5" long silk. Sullivan/Fischer HC-25. An ornate "Fac Simile Of The Grand National Whig Prize Banner" at center w/additional text above "Henry Clay Our Nation's Statesman And Our Nation's Stay." Brown age toning at top and horizontal crease at center otherwise scattered and light foxing. Fine. A pleasing example of a scarce ribbon. Leon Rowe Collection.
