3x4.75" stiff card stock. Stamp in field at left "Gall" and printed serial number "496." Pass to "Admit Bearer" to the House of Representatives for the historic vote counting of the 1876 election on "February 20, 1877." Light edge/corner wear and two faint dots of toning at left. VF. Uncommon.
