Item Description
39.25x55" for the 1963 Italian re-release of the 1959 Warner Bros. Western directed by Howard Hawks and starring John Wayne, Dean Martin, Ricky Nelson, Angie Dickinson, Walter Brennan and Ward Bond. Poster art by Averardo Ciriellor features great scene w/man in foreground crumpling to the ground after having been shot by Dean Martin (who is seen at center) in gunfight. Originally folded, poster has been linen-mounted and has had restoration along fold lines and at fold crease intersections as well as margins. Pin holes at corners w/top corners and lower left corners being repainted. Center left/right margins have 6" to 7" areas repainted. Poster displays Fine as linen-mounted w/deep color.
